Q: Can I exchange my purchase?

A: Yes, you will be able to exchange your purchases except for customised shoes. For regular priced items, all purchases made from Timberland retail and outlet stores in Malaysia can only be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. For sales items, exchange is allowed within 3 days with original receipt.

Simply present your receipt and item at the Timberland Malaysia store you purchased at for an exchange.  Click here to find a store near you. When making an exchange, please bear in mind that the item returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging and tags.

Q: Can I return my purchase for a refund?

A:Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns on all purchases made at any Timberland Malaysia retail and outlet stores.

Q: Defect and faulty products?

A: In the event that the purchased items are defective, faulty, wrongly described or of any inherent quality issues, Timberland will exchange the purchased items, provided that the purchased items are returned together with proof of purchase within the timeframe stipulated above.

Q: RESERVATION OF PRODUCTS?

A: Timberland will not accept reservation of any items that are on sale at any time. Timberland will accept reservation of any regular-priced items by our customers not more than 2 working days subject to the availability of the said items at the nearest Timberland specialty store/ Timberland factory outlet.
