Q: RETURN AND EXCHANGE?

A: The exchanged items shall be the products of the same style and the same initial selling price. The size of the exchanged items may vary, however, it is not permissible to return and exchange one item of a particular style for products with different style at different initial selling price. The replacement of the exchanged items shall be subject to the availability of the products at the Timberland specialty store/ Timberland factory outlet.

Q: REFUND?

A: The payment shall be refunded in its original payment method (cash or credit card) at Timberland’s absolute discretion. The refund shall be made until Timberland confirms receipt of the purchased items together with proof of purchase.

Q: DEFECT AND FACULTY PRODUCTS?

A: In the event that the purchased items are defective, faulty, wrongly described or of any inherent quality issues, Timberland will either refund the purchase price or return and exchange the purchased items provided that the purchased items are returned together with proof of purchase within the timeframe stipulated above.

Q: RESERVATION OF PRODUCTS?

A: Timberland will not accept reservation of any items that are on sale at any time. Timberland will accept reservation of any regular-priced items by our customers not more than 2 working days subject to the availability of the said items at the nearest Timberland specialty store/ Timberland factory outlet.
