- Full payment should be made via DUITNOW or EMAILPAY for all Timberland purchases.
- Customers have the option of in-store pick up or local delivery.
- Free delivery with RM300 minimum purchase is applicable within Malaysia.
- Reserved items not purchased on the same day will be cancelled.
- Items will be shipped after payment has been made and confirmed.
- Delivery will take 3 – 9 working days.
- NO RETURN / EXCHANGE after 14 days from date of receipt.
- We allow exchange of any products within 14 days with receipt provided it is not:
• Washed
• Altered
• Worn
• Damaged due to improper use
• Handtags/ lables removed - Proof of original receipt of the purchase is COMPULSORY.
- Items exchange must be of same or higher value and design. If the item is of higher value, you are required to top up the remaining balance subject to availability of the selected product.
- For return / exchange, products must be returned to the respective store where the order was made with the original sales receipt. Customer will have to arrange and bear the reverse shipment fee if delivery services is used.
- Goods purchased cannot be refunded unless item(s) received are defective/faulty. We will either refund the purchase price or return / exchange the purchased item(s). Original proof of purchase / receipt is required.
- In case of disputes, the decision of VF BRANDS MALAYSIA SDN BHD shall be final.
